Members can book courts with the simple click of a mouse, edit or cancel via the clear and intuitive bookings interface provided.
Recurring Bookings
Book-it allows recurring bookings to be made with minimal fuss, and will inform the user of any conflicts, preventing the risk of human error and manual checks.
Booking History
Booking history is stored for all members, allowing monitoring of who is using facilities most regularly and who has missed their bookings over a specified time period.
Book Courts and Classes
The admin has full control in creating all the sports courts and classes, choosing the start time and intervals, and setting a limit on the number of participants to a particular class.
User Alerting
Users can choose to receive alerts via SMS or email as a reminder of your current bookings or to notify a user if a particular court type becomes available due to a cancellation.
iPhone Support
The mobile version of the site is available for all iPhone users with Safari compatibility. Users can therefore make bookings whilst being on the move.
Regular Backups
Backup PDF's can be automatically sent to a specified email address at a stated regular interval to allow for continual operation if a temporary loss of internet connection occurs.
